The Winemaking: Most of the whites are made by reductive technology, steel tank fermented, but traditionally they make barriqued whites as well from chardonnay and pinot gris.
The reds are fermented on the skin, 1,5 - 2 years traditionally in hungarian oak,and minimum 6 month bottle aging.
