Rich aromas: coffee, blueberry, cherry and vanilla. Dried fruit and walnut flavours, with a little eucalyptus and sandalwood. It goes very well with steak and dried blueberry. The savouriness of soya sauce softens the tannins too.Fermented in tank,aged in hungarian barrel for 14 months.
